The “Côté Provence” flat is located within a five minute walk between the new perfume school, the
Molinard historic country house and the International Perfume Museum!

This charming flat is tastefully furnished and its atmosphere is soothing and subtly perfumed; it is ideally located to discover the World Capital of Perfume.

A warm and bright living-room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, a shower room with a toilet, a large bedroom with storage space and a very comfortable bed.

On the boulevard, you will find corner shops, a bakery and the Honoré Cresp public car park 200 metres away.

Furnished apartments near from those following schools and trainings : le GIP “Grasse Institute of Perfumery”, Grasse Campus, ESP “École supérieur de Parfum”, Master of science & Flavour and Fragrance Industry ECAM-EPMI.

Price per night (minimum 3 nights) : 95 euros low season – 135 euros high season, cleaning included.
Price per month, from October to March : 1250 euros. Rented all utilities included: Water, electricity, internet.

For any booking request, a deposit of 35% will be required.

As for the security deposit, a bank imprint of €500 will be requested upon your arrival and released on the day of your departure.
This is mandatory for the handover of the keys.
