Price per night (minimum 3 nights) : 115 euros low season – 165 euros high season, cleaning included.

Price per month from October to March : 1500 euros. Rented all utilities included: Water, electricity, internet.

For any booking request, a deposit of 35% will be required.

As for the security deposit, a bank imprint of €500 will be requested upon your arrival and released on the day of your departure.
This is mandatory for the handover of the keys.
